In Arabic, the word ‘Umrah is resulting
from I‘timaar which stands for a visit. Though, ‘Umrah in Islamic terms, means
paying a visit to Kaaba, perform Tawaaf around Kaaba, walking seven times
between Safaa and Marwah. A performer of ‘Umrah puts off his Ihraam by getting
his hair shaved or cut. ‘Umrah can be done along with Hajj and on other days as
well.
‘Umrah can be done during any time
during the year, there is no set time for ‘ Best Umrah Packages.
There are the Four Pillars of Umrah
a) Ihraam: which is understood at
the Meeqaat.
b) Tawaaf: around the Home.
c) Sa'y: walk between Safaa and Marwah,
which consists of seven circuits.
d) Tahal-lul: which suggests
coming out of the state of Ihraam; becoming lawful what was before forbidden
during Ihraam.
